What's happening
We're attuned to what your end customers need so that we can supply you with plants that match current trends and create optimum value for your business.
In addition to the annual Queensland Garden Show, events that we attend tend to be training and networking events, and trade expos like Green Expo.

Pictures: Some of our tropical plants including Beehive Gingers (Zingibers) (left) and Heliconias (right) are flowering from November onwards in the garden but in the nursery they tend to be ready from February to April as they need time to establish in their pots. If you need some tropical foliage, consider plants like Alpinia nutans or Alpinia malaccensis that will stay green all year and provide a lush background for feature plants.

Clivia flowering season
Planted now Clivias will add colour to dry shady areas from late August to the end of the year. Clivias are highly sought after during their flowering season but can still sell well at other times of the year owing to their attractive broad glossy leaves, coloured tags, and usually we have a few in flower even if the majority have finished flowering for the season. Most customers don't realise that there's such a huge range of colours.

See the Queensland Garden Show website for more information and to pre-order tickets.

Green Expo 2026
In 2026, Green Expo will join forces with Greenscapes — Australia’s new landscape and green infrastructure show — to deliver the nation’s largest green industry event. Taking place at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on 5–6 August 2026, this combined showcase will bring together every corner of our sector, from nurseries and garden centres through to landscaping, design, parks, and urban greening.
